Beginning Fall 2021, the Veterans Administration (VA) will delay distribution of their tuition and fee payments until October or later.
To better assist you, the UW-Madison Bursar’s Office has agreed to post payments at the start of the semester (before VA pays) to avoid late fees and allow for refunds of financial aid for those we can verify have eligibility.
University Veterans Services is requesting you provide us with an updated copy of your Certificate of Eligibility or a PDF of your Post 9/11 GI Bill Statement of Benefits, by uploading the documentation into your MyUW Student Center. Select “Veterans Benefits” and upload the documents into your Student Center account, in lieu of email attachments.
