Kris Bradsher

Commander Kris Bradsher served 23 years in the Navy. She began her Navy career as an Ensign in the Medical Service Corps in 1995 through the Direct Commission Officer program in the Navy Reserves. Her duty stations included both military hospitals and expeditionary medical facilities. She was mobilized to active duty in support of Operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. She was assigned to NATO Training Mission Afghanistan (NTM-A) as the Team Chief for a Military Embedded Training Team (METT) in Herat, Afghanistan. Additionally, she served on several humanitarian missions including the May 2010 response to the Haiti earthquake. Kris is a proud Badger and is grateful to the University of Wisconsin for its support of veterans and their service to the country.
